Our Approach
At Communi K we believe no plan of action can succeed without active contributions from and communication among an organization's people. The image of any organization is comprised of the internal and external communications of all humans.
In the assessment process, however, it is not uncommon to uncover gaps between the needed skills and the current competencies of the leaders, managers of team members. The problem today is that there are too many messengers representing the same organization in very different ways - "talking heads" - everywhere but no strategic consensus on communication.
Enhancing the Human Interface
COMMUNICATION - Transmitting and receiving facts or information; dissemination of knowledge; getting the message across.
CREATIVITY - The talent or inspiration to conceive and express new ideas: inspiration; inventiveness; combined with artfulness; making something out of nothing.
LEADERSHIP - The art of directing and guiding others; the ability to motivate others toward a common goal; the ship that leads the way; the guiding light.
MOTIVATION - The will to strive to achieve a desired goal; drive; swimming to the top of the food chain; the ability to motivate others toward a common goal.
PUBLIC SPEAKING - Addressing gatherings of people; the art or process of oration or declaration; platform appearance; standing on a soapbox; grandstanding.
CONFIDENCE - A feeling of assurance or certainty, as of success, especially in oneself; self-assured; implies poise and a consciousness of one's own powers and abilities.
