As the President of Communi K, Bonni L. Kautz spent the last 22 years in the training, coaching, consulting and sales arena working with clients in the areas of executive leadership coaching, speech preparation, communication and sales training, business writing, image and perceptions in the workplace, conflict resolution, customer service excellence, and phone skills.

Her business career in coaching, training, performance analysis, human resources, sales, outplacement and corporate 'headhunting' have given her the ability to relate empathetically to her clients at all levels, and put a humorous spin on the inner workings of each corporation and firm retaining her.

Bonni is a certified training coach and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a current member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), and American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).
